Part A: 
1,2 Pivot on balls of feet 1/4 turn L while shifting weight to L, slightly hitch R while shifting weight to L 
3,4 Step R to R, touch L next to R 
5,6 Rock step L to L bumping hips L, recover onto R making a 1/4 turn R 
7& Step forward on L, pivot 1/2 R shifting weight to R 
8&1 Shuffle lock forward: step forward on L, lock step R behind L, step forward L 
 
2 Make 1/2 turn to L stepping back onto R 
3&4 Coaster step back: step back on L, step R next to L, step forward on L 
5,6 Step forward on R, low kick slightly forward with L 
&7&8 Step L slightly forward, touch R toes next to L heel, step R in place, touch L toes slightly forward (knee bent)
